This Information Security Awareness Training course is designed to help employees understand essential cybersecurity principles and adopt secure practices in their day-to-day work. The training covers topics including confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA Triad), personally identifiable information (PII), social engineering, password security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), public Wi-Fi risks, cybersecurity responsibilities, and incident awareness.

The course also includes practical scenarios to help employees identify phishing and social-engineering attempts, protect sensitive and business information, and understand the appropriate actions to take when a security concern or incident is identified.
